We are looking for an experienced Leader to mentor our team of hand selected Mortgage Loan Officers.

Desired Experience
•Minimum 2 years experience in the Mortgage Industry, must be familiar with the entire loan process, marketing, originating, processing, closing, and customer retention.
•Good working knowledge and on hands experience with MS Word, MS Excel, E-mail, and Internet browsing.
•Experience in LOS, Credit Reporting, Escrow, and Mortgage Lenders.
•Stable work history.
•Management/Supervisory Experience
•Marketing and Sales Experience

Desired Traits
•Ability to lead, train, mentor, positively motivate, and grow sales.
•Ability to set , achieve, and exceed goals.
•Practices and encourages excellent Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills.
•Good communication skills.
•Must have good work ethics, and be able to commit to minimum 35 hours per week.
•Must be a Team Player.
•Must be able to attend and support all company meetings, functions, and activities.
